Liz Curfman, LMSW has joined the Heart House team as Senior Director, Program & Community Outreach at Heart House on Monday October 14th.
Curfman was previously Refugee Ministry Director at Northwest Community Center.
Curfman’s new role at Heart House entails strategy, management and administration of Heart House’s Head, Heart and Hands program. Other duties include evaluation, recruitment of staff and students and management of programmatic partners.
“I am thrilled to be joining a team that continues to move the academic needle for children in Vickery Meadow! Heart House’s dedication to excellence & moving children from chaos to calm are successful endeavors that I am looking forward to contributing towards”, said Curfman. “I have so enjoyed working with Heart House in the Vickery neighborhood & look forward to being party of this incredible, dynamic team!”
