Your gift will support the life changing, holistic approach that is unique to Heart House. Through the Head, Heart, and Hands (H3) program, our after-school and summer programs provide homework assistance, mentoring, counseling, and protection from negative influences. Our data and evaluation shows that Heart House programs improve mental health and social-emotional learning, increase reading and math scores, and enhance the overall well-being of our students. Your gift can help support the 240 refugee and underprivileged children of Vickery Meadow thrive. This Spring, through special curricula, students are learning about art, STEAM, entrepreneurship/finance, and the science of gardening and healthy living.

Heart House’s vision is to use education as a catalyst to combat poverty and level the playing field for some of the most vulnerable children in our city.
