12th Annual Luncheon Honorary Chair – County Judge, Clay Jenkins

County-Judge-2015-webWe are grateful to have Dallas County Judge, Clay Jenkins, as this year’s Honorary Event Chair

Since taking office in 2011, Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins has become a strong voice for Dallas County. He has played a pivotal role in the successful turnarounds of Parkland and NTTA; strengthened partnerships with the cities and ISDs and brought steady leadership to county government.

As the chief-elected official of the county, Judge Jenkins is also the Director of Homeland Security and Emergency Management. A series of major events and emergencies thrust Dallas County onto the national stage in recent years. Whether responding to: public health emergencies like the 2012 West Nile Virus epidemic or the America’s first Ebola outbreak; natural disasters like the May 2015 flooding and the December 2015 deadly tornadoes; or last summer’s tragedy downtown, Judge Jenkins exhibits effective servant leadership offering successful and compassionate responses to our biggest challenges.
